Dear All,We are looking for freelancers for below open requirement.
1. Sourcing – Min 8+ Yrs. experience
• Support in identifying new sources from Europe region and conducting soft analysis.
• Develop sourcing strategies as required for commodities assigned.
• Support supplier in getting the technical queries clarified in coordination with respective client teamoffshore team.
• Serve as the primary contact with regional suppliers, lead RFPRFQQuote submissionQuote analysis negotiation process.
• Understand and ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct supplier visits Audits for Regional suppliers
• Maintain good coordination with cross functional groups at offshore - project managers, project controls, engineering, and other internal personnel.
• Negotiate commercials and contracts with potentials sources.
• Manage the effective industrialization and rate production of new SOW’s.
• Good experience in sourcingpurchasingprocurement process.
2. Technical Expectations.
• Sourcing Knowledge specific to Raw Materials, Machining and Fabrication commodity across globe.
• Will be responsible in analyzing of Mechanical products at component/subsystem/system level in industrial domain.
• Should have exposure in production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement.
• Exposure to Manufacturing practices, specific to Machining, Special Mfg. Process, Hardware’s is mandatory.
• Exposure with Quality system like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / AS 9100 / ISO 13485
• Knowledge on safety systems like 5S, OHSAS 18001, IEC 61508 etc..
