We are in the process of looking for 6 off stress contractors to work on the new Bombardier MC21 nacelle programmeWe are looking for engineers with experience in FEM (Patran and Nastran), static analysis, fatigue and damage tolerance and accoustic fatigue.
These engineers are required for the following areas and should have experience as shown below
Inlet Fan cowl Thrust reverser Fan nozzle
Skill Domain/Specialism/Experience/Capability Minimum 5 years experience in stressing of nacelles and nacelle components in the areas of static analysis, fatigue and damage tolerance, accoustic fatigue, using Patran Nastran Altair
For contractors applying from outside Northern Ireland a per diem payment of 5/hr will be paid in addition to the standard rate for all hours to assist with travel and subsistance costs.
