Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Succesfactors GM/PM consultant for our client in the direct vicinity of Ghent, Belgium
Description:
Experienced SuccessFactors Goal Management and Performance Management consultant to prepare and support workshops, conduct testing and supports end-user testing, give trainings (Train the Trainer) and complete the workbooks and configuration of the GMPM module.
b. Daily Tasks
- Role as medior consultant to support the end-to-end project
. Implementation of the solution together with team lead
. Support the team and the client
c. Experience
The candidate performed as a Lead consultant in at least 2 end-to-end GMPM implementation
Main processes in scope:
. Setting goals
. Mid- and end-year evaluations
. Continuous Performance Management
The candidate should match the following requirements:
- Good functional knowledge of the evaluation processes
. Min. 2 projects with hands-on experience in SF GMPM
. Min. 1 full life cycle implementations (end-to-end) of SF GMPM
. Excellent knowledge of English
. Strong communication skills with client and other team members
. Certification in SF GMPM is a must
