Main Skills required:
Expert in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, 2nd/3rd Line support, fielding tickets and creating JIRAs.
Background in recruitment onboarding technical as talent acquisition.
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery to time and budget.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) and IT skills.
Able to effectively manage conflict and challenge outcomes to ensure that project requirements are properly delivered into the business.
Experience of working client side for implementations.
Able to deliver to deadlines and demonstrate resilience to ensure the correct technical solution is selected with a full understanding of the costs, timescales and risk involved.
