One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central and performance and goals l roll out consultant.
Please note that this role can be done remotely (from home) with occasional trips to Luxembourg required.

Job description summary Activities:
1. coordination of roll out for 1 country (Germany)
1.1 employee central: 1 day workshop and roll out
1.2 goal and performance: roll out
Roll out implies: data load in test and production
Configuration is done. SF is live and used by other countries.
Responsibilities The customer will deliver Train-the-Trainer training to client trainers, who will then deliver training to the local users using remote trainings, E-learning, videos and hand out manuals. Mainly process training, but system training is also included
(Please note, Train The Trainer and related deliverables are in the client's scope; end user training and related deliverables are optional)
Check the employee data/user data and data quality:
o Data quality is key for any project. Using wrong data and providing that data to employees has to be avoided
o Data quality checks can be industrialized and executed (client will have done several checks in Verify Phase)
o The client will upload the data received from client into SuccessFactors
Support and follow-up local Super User on the first productive use of the system solution:
o It is a best practice to assign local Super Users (most probably imbedded in the support delivery model)
o The local Super Users should have followed training prior to go-live
o All data corrections after the final upload in the system will be done by client
The local Super Users might run into certain aspects they do not feel comfortable with; a support for them can help them to make faster progress and manage requests more efficient.
The client's support consists of providing guidance (written and oral) on how to tackle aspects the local Super User feels uncomfortable with. For example: the local Super User might doubt if all employees in the relevant region or business unit will be able to access SuccessFactors. The client central coordinator can verify the applicable procedure defining the co-workers to go live in this wave, allowing to identify, before functional go live, the employees in scope.
