Supply Chain Coordinator - Freight Management wanted for our Bern-Land based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher Education in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Professionalism within an international trading organization
- Profound background in either Health Care or Medical Device industry
- Competent handling of Inventory controls and Transport Freight Management
- Previous experience in Finance and Marketing would be an asset
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing operational excellence by managing for Vision Care Trading all transactions for inbound and outbound shipments into or out of Vision Care Trading contract and toll locations, including returns
- Guaranteeing compliance to Vision Care Trading month-end and year-end financial reporting requirements, adhering to reporting timetables with accurate and punctual clearance of transactions to achieve operational excellence
- Act as controller for destroyed goods at all Vision Care Trading locations. To ensure clarity and continuity in reporting between all contract and toll locations while meeting Vision Care Trading internal controls
- Managing and approving market returns mainly from EMEA region, maintaining return policy and ensure compliance of return approval process
- Providing compliance of supply chain and trading environment with appropriate regulatory authorities and laws including customs
