Deliver a centrally-led Supply Chain transformation according to agreed timeline

Govern and enable the correct level of engagement across all stakeholders segments across the life cycle of a program

Able to define the engagement and deployment roadmap for all key stakeholders

Prepare for Operational Readiness at all key functions

Key support/sparring partner to VP Supply Chain

Track record in implementing Supply Chain transformation program in a Global environment

Experience with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)

Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions

Strong project management skills and knowledge

Highly organized self-starter with exceptional client service, strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and people management skills

Ability to work independently with little direction, including the ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change

Able to station in Utrecht office for 4 days a week

Fluency in English, spoken and written
