Specifications of job role:
The candidate should have at least the following skill's/knowledge to deliver the services on the Desktop Support Side:
- Microsoft Windows XP & Windows 7
- Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Remote connectivity (Cisco VPN, Remote Desktop
- Knowledge of the ITIL Foundation (optional: certified) more related on what is incident, change etc.
- Mobile devices: BlackBerry, Ipad, Iphone
- Lotus Notes (optional)
- Sharepoint (optional)
- Basic knowledge about hardware (laptop, desktop)
- GOOD knowledge of English (speaking & writing)
- Good level of social and communication skills to end users
- Work pro-active and as a team-player
This is a long term role where we require good team playing skills and excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
