Proteus Europe is searching for a Support Analyst to join one of our multinational clients based in West London.

Our Client :-
They are part of a globally known high tech leader in industry with a range of products spanning the globe. This part of the global corporation is developing next generation Biometric solutions which we will all be using in the future to provide FIDO (Fast identity online) to perform online transactions or perhaps unlock your car via your mobile phone. Your New role :-

Purpose of the role:

As a Support Analyst you will support a number of applications major business units. This includes GDPRS which is a ticketing system to support requests for data and associated updates from Samsung Electronics customers. The additional system is a cloud based file sharing application. To collaborate with project teams and operations ensuring that support issues are tracked, resolved and communicated effectively. To play a big part in ensuring high-quality responses to customers issues in an ever timely and efficient way.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Gain full application familiarisation
- Communicate with client and keep them up to date with progress of their incident, both through phone and an incident logging tool
- Respond to new incidents quickly and resolve the majority of incidents within the clients SLA
- Defect fixing of designated problems.
- Create technical and user documentation based on learnings in support and gaps in the applications documentation

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
- Self starter, able to work under own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Good documentation skills
- Well presented, professional and dedicated
- Good team player
- JIRA Administration (Dashboard, form design, workflow etc.)
- Basic Database skills (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Basic level programming skills (any languages and platform)
- Basic level front end skills (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS)

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-
- 3 to 5 years I.T. experience or equivalent preferably with in a large and challenging multi-national organization
- Document I/F level management experience with large volume of channels and EDI documents (FTP, Web Service)
- Experienced in any system management (asp.net, java, php) development / operation

Desirable Skills :-
- SQL
- HTML
- Programming skills
