Support coordinator (Service Management, Application Management, Support, SAP, CRM)
One of our clients is looking for a Support and dispatch resource for some of our applications. The support coordinator (SC) will be in charge of monitoring and managing all the incidents reported in dispatch function. That includes the first analysis and triage, dispatching to other support groups, follow up and communication with users and stakeholders. Managing minor enhancements, maintenance of support processes and some analytic work is also part of the assignment.
Tasks
User support
Analysis and triage of incidents
Dispatch incidents and errands to different 3rd line support groups
Manage and follow up incidents
Communicate with other support groups to secure fast resolution of incidents and problems
Managing minor enhancements
Communication with end users and other stakeholders
Maintenance of support processes
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience from supporting business in IT questions
Service management
Application Management
Incident management
Excellent communication skills
CRM skills is a plus
SAP experience is a plus
Knowledge of the Swedish market is a plus
Fluent in English
