Description

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent to join a global consultancy company in beautiful Gent are, Belgium. The job is expected to be complex and challenging, where your IT and problem solving skills will be tested. As well as this, the role will be exciting for the right candidate as each day working as part of this close, amazing team, will be different. The project is expected to last 4 years minimum.

Skills/experienced required:

  • 1+ Year of IT Help desk support experience (Troubleshooting, application support etc.)
  • Above average knowledge of IT
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Excellent Customer service Skills

  • Dutch speakers (Work Proficient at Minimum) only should apply
