My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a Production Support Engineer for a 6 month contract in Budapest, Hungary.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Application Production Support, UNIX, basic application architecture, strong experience in the execution of certain tasks. Strong experience in Application Production Support UNIX and SQL.
The role will entail Application Support consisting of fixing and resolution of user queries, incidents and service requests, Track to permanent resolution by finding the RCA or escalating to L3 support for finding the RCS and permanent resolution, Deployment into UAT and production environments as pe planned changes, Create knowledge articles and support documentation in the form of key operating procedures and so on.
