Location: #Germany
Required Technical Skill Set**
1. Hands on OSS Operations experience in network performance tools and service quality management tools.
2. Working Knowledge and Experience in KPI Calculation, Measurements & Validation, Alarm
definition for Service Quality management
Desired Experience Range - Minimum 2-3 Years of experience with OSS Operations experience
Total 6-8 Yrs. of experience.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have-
1. Working knowledge in Service quality management products SQL Developer tool
2. Experience in Oracle DB and programming.
3. Ticket handling and troubleshooting experience in any OSS network performance tools and service quality management tools
4. Should be eligible to apply Anti Sabotage Security clearance in Germany ( 5 years stay in DE/EU mandatory)
Good-to-Have
1. Understanding of latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.
2. Has managed Software developers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.
3. Support to operation
4. Knowledge of OSS architecture.
5. Knowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologies
6. Knowledge in Performance management data and interface to performance management Data base.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1 Follows engineering design life cycle with proper documentation ensuring that all detailed designs and
templates adhere to network standards.
2 Closely work with architecture team, support to operations and customer presentation.
3 Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with the regions, Architecture, Operations, Equipment vendors, system vendors, contractor support partners.
