Systems Analyst needed in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This position is to support the FEP Development team to document system requirements on new and existing applications that will trace to the business requirements. Must have knowledge of System Use Cases, system flow diagrams and Rational Methology
Ability to reverse engineer an existing Visual Studio and JAVA application that has no technical documention.
Requirements:
- Requires BA/BS in computer science or information systems;
- 8 or more years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required.
- Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required.
- Experience with MS Office tools and Rational Tool suite required.
- Knowledge or training of process improvement and process control competencies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience with reverse engineering an existing application and documenting the system. System Use Cases and UML modelling a plus. - Rational Metholodgy knowledged needed
