Description
System Engineer - Genesys Solution wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years working experience in system engineering
- Profound knowledge about Genesys solution and how to integrate Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
- Excellent technical know-how along with problem-solving, analytical and synthesising skills
- Ability to communicate technical topics to various audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Operating as a neutral technical instance to review setup to various stakeholders
- Analysing and identifying problems and shortcomings considering future risk situations
- Ensuring a neutral view of the current and target set up with Genesys Solution
- Reducing knowledge dependency on 3rd party vendors
