Description

Summary:
  • This contractor will assist with the Cisco phone roll out.
  • They will place phones, verify configuration, and test phones.
  • This resource would also then assist with troubleshooting and support as our agents go live on the Cisco phones.
  • Also, assist with client live day testing (this will require weekend or evening work).
  • Lastly, this resource will help with day to day telephony support.
SKILLS:

Qualifications:
  • Cisco Call Manager Experience
  • Cisco Unity VM Experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills coupled with a customer service orientation
