Description
Summary:- This contractor will assist with the Cisco phone roll out.
- They will place phones, verify configuration, and test phones.
- This resource would also then assist with troubleshooting and support as our agents go live on the Cisco phones.
- Also, assist with client live day testing (this will require weekend or evening work).
- Lastly, this resource will help with day to day telephony support.
Qualifications:
- Cisco Call Manager Experience
- Cisco Unity VM Experience
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills coupled with a customer service orientation
