Systems Administrator, Contract, Brussels
Our client is looking for a strong Systems Administrator for a new long term contract based in Brussels.
The role will serve as technical lead for designing, planning, assessing, implementing and/or migrating of the production environment.
skills needed:
- Strong English (fluent) language skills and good French.
- Capacity to lead a technical operations team and service improvement projects related to the aforementioned component;
- Strong experience in improving operational processes through documentation and automation following ITIL methodology;
- Excellent knowledge of network administration including managing Cisco network devices/services (eg Routers, Switches, etc.), F5 Accelerators, Juniper & Palo Alto Firewalls;
- Minimum 2 technical certifications: CCDP/CCNP, CCNA, CCDE/CCIE, CCAr or relevant certifications of F5, Juniper, Palo Alto;
- Extensive knowledge of monitoring tools Cacti, Anomaly Detective and Splunk or similar;
- Scripting and automation skills
- ITILv3 certification(s);
- Ability to write technical notes in English;
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
