One of my clients urgently require a systems engineer to join their team on a contract basis to help with an increase in project work. This is a client where we have multiple contractors currently on site working in a variety of disciplines from hardware through to software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements capture and requirements validation
- Decomposition of system requirements into hardware, software and system high level requirements
- Contributing towards system design solutions
- Documenting system designs
- Generating verification plans, system test procedures and qualification test procedures
Skills:
- Formal requirements capture
- Understanding of hardware and software architectures
- Experience of engineering within avionics or for civil aircraft
- Awareness of aircraft certification requirements
Ideally the perfect candidate will have a background in avionics, and more specifically systems engineering within avionics. My client is able to offer telephone interviews as soon as possible with a start date this month, so please forward your CV for review ASAP in order to be considered.
