Description
The System Analyst is responsible for the design, documentation, testing, and delivery of business systems and process solutions that meet business objectives.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the design, development, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
- Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise key stakeholders on the technical and business value of the proposition.
- Work with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand complex technological systems in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements in order to design the most appropriate end-to-end technology solutions.
- Develop and recommend novel and innovative, yet proven, approaches to solving business and technical problems.
- Keep up-to-date on new technology, standards, protocols.
- Resolve support calls and tickets, determine the root issue, work to resolve or escalate to higher level, and keep the customer informed of progress and issue resolution in a timely manner.
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Development experience with: .NET, J2EE/Java, SQL, MS Office (Excel and Access macro Scripting), JavaScript/Jquery/VBScript, XML, HTML/DHTML, CSS3/HTML5, Relational Databases, SharePoint administration, Crystal Reports, 2D Barcode Symbols.
- Full life cycle software development experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
