Team Manager
One of our major client is urgently looking for a fluent Swedish & English speaking Team Manager for a rolling contract based in Helsingborg, Sweden
The Team Manager will have the following experience:
* Handling supply chain organization that manufactures roaming products for all markets of the Variety
* Swedish and English language proficiency
* Candidate should have good Technical Knowledge in Production, Packaging and Manufacturing in Consumer goods industry
* Finding new solutions or methods within the own business as well as outside
* Extra efforts in delivering results while performing results-oriented and analytical tasks.
* Ability to create leadership among the team and focus on employee development
* Forecasting cost effectiveness in external visits and inspections
* Evaluation of the project scope and identification of right stake holders for engagement
* Project planning, monitoring and Project Governance
* Handling change management with customer for the project scope changes
* Vendor coordination
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Identification of risk and developing mitigation plan
* Client and vendors relationship management
* Convert RFP to proposal
Role: Team Manager
Location: Helsingborg, Sweden
Language: Fluent in English & Swedish
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
