Application Support Engineer - Contract Role

London/Remote - 5 days a week on site
£535 - Inside IR35
Required Skills
- Solid Unix and Linux knowledge and practical working experience including Shell Scripting (Sun Solaris, Linux, RHEL)
- Good knowledge in relational databases (Sybase, Oracle)/query (SQL)
- Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management
- Additional technologies such as Middleware IBM MQ, Tibco RV, EM
- Trader floor support
- eTrading
- FI Bonds/Gilts
- FIX messaging
- Rates and Credit and ION Platform.
Nice to have:
- Supported both packaged and custom solutions (eg ION MarketView for Bonds, Futures and IRS)
- ION MarketView infra/Gateways/MMI Trader interfaces
- FIX message experience
