Technical Analyst - Level 2

I am urgently looking for a skilled Technical Analyst (L2) who could join my clients project in Belgium. This is a long term contract with great rates. The ideal candidate can start at the beginning of next month.

Your role:

  • Supporting Incident and Request management
  • Support procurement, Installation, configuration
  • Support in planning and setting up new/expansion/renovation of IT Infrastructure
  • Proactively support all critical equipment's and end user capacity management issues
  • Provide basic training to new IT Users on IT Process
  • Execute patching plan for site(s) equipment's and execution the plan

Required skill set:

  • Excellent knowledge on Installation, Configuration, Patching and troubleshooting of Windows 7, MS Office
  • Basic Knowledge on troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Cisco Switches, Access Points and Routers
  • Excellent Service desk process knowledge and good understanding of service level objectives
  • Ability to use MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an IT operations/service organization
  • Certificate (Mandatory 1 or more): ITIL, Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST), HP Desktop/Printer certified highly preferred
