We're looking for an Expert IT Architect.
Background
The Multichannel Transformation Programme (MCTP) is one the top prioritised initiatives at IKEA. The programme delivers a renewed IKEA.com with a new E-commerce platform, giving to customers a seamless shopping experience regardless of how they choose to shop at IKEA, as well to supporting visitation and store conversion.
The programme is launching a forceful launch plan that will run until December 2018. The plan is to rollout two countries per month during the period January 2017 to August 2018, and then three countries per month during the period September to December 2018.
To secure the success of the rollout plan, the programme has a need for architecture competences and skills to configure the end-to-end solutions (across 100+ solutions) to all countries in the multichannel roadmap. The main applications/platforms are listed below. On top of the below list there will also be numerous interfaces to IKEA Legacy:
Oracle Commerce
Oracle ATG
ENDECA
WCS
IBM Order Management (Sterling)
Oracle Fusion
EDA, ESB, ODI
Tasks
Responsible for the overall IKEA Information System Architecture for a specific functional domain of the IT landscape eg platform.
Key artefacts to steer with: Architecture Blueprint and E2E Architecture for Functional Area.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Maintain documentation describing the integration platforms on an IT architecture level. Make sure that the conceptual and pre-defined implementation patterns are sufficient enough to support creation of integrations, using a verity of technology, to fulfil the IKEA business needs.

Following competences must be fulfilled and requires Expert skills:
- IT Architecture, Java Application development, Oracle Fusion
- General understanding of web required
- Oracle database technology, EDA, ESB, ODI
- SAFe (Agile)
- Previous experience from IKEA is desirable
- Must be able to work on-site in Helsingborg Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
