Technical Trainer Contract

Our client is a globally recognised electronics brand. They are looking for a technical trainer to join their organisation.
It is a a dynamic team that prides itself on innovative ways of driving change and transformation in a fast-paced and often challenging environment. This role will be essential in helping the company deliver a world-leading Customer Service Experience and improve customer journeys across Europe.
- Previous hands-on training or technical support experience is required.
- Technical expertise and familiarity with one of the product groups like mobile phones, TVs, home appliances, or IoT, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SCORM, and xAPI; experience with LMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication abilities, including presentations to senior audiences.
- Creative content development aptitude.
- Fluency in additional European languages is advantageous.
Occasional European and global travel may be required based on business needs.
