Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London
At Tecknuovo we are looking to work with a Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London to join an exciting fast-paced environment where you will be building and delivering bespoke content from scratch based around Salesforce. As a Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London you will be defining the curriculum, working alongside SME's to create training modules and courses from scratch. As a Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London you will be responsible for training end-users across the business and get users to trust on the new system. As a Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London you will be delivering training face to face when allowed as well as remotely.
Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London will be responsible for:
- Building interactive courses for new and existing members of the business
- Building bespoke content for the business
- Creating key metrics which can then be reported on
- Defining key documentation and training resources
- Delivering refresher training to users
Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London will have these skills:
- Ideally have a Train a Trainer course or another formal qualification
- Previous experience of training users on Salesforce CRM, ideally FSL
- Strong stakeholder management skills and soft skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Technical Trainer - Salesforce - FSL - London - The nature of this agreement will also fall outside IR35
