Test Automation SW Engineer - Radar - Munich -12 Months

Description

My client in Munich is looking for a test automation engineer with experience in SW/HW test systems to join their team developing test benches. This is a 12-month project and will require 100% onsite presence

Your Tasks:
- Validate next generation 77GHz automotive radar chips on system level
- Collect and structure measurement result data, and populate report templates
- Build and bring-up HW/SW- in-the-loop test benches
- Develop, maintain and debug test scripts for test automation in Java
- Build and debug SW for embedded devices

Your Profile:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Practical experience with setup and configuration of HW/SW test systems (DUT) and with RF measurement instrumentation (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, freq multiplier, VNA, ...)
- Configure and debug instrument drivers in Java (Ethernet, GPIB, VISA, ...)
- Knowledge in functional safety ISO 26262 is mandatory (training certificate)
