Description
Tibco BW5 and BW6 Platform support lead needed for a 6-month project in Amsterdam in the Netherlands for an initial 6-month contract paying €650 to €700 Euros per day. Ideally the Tibco Lead should be certified.
Skills
- Able to handle/lead a team of 10 - 15 people.
- Involved in providing administration support using TIBCO suite of products, (primarily BW5 and BW6) in Linux environment.
- Provide On-Call support to Tibco Production Systems
- Good knowledge of handling deployments using LB and FT mode.
- Installation, configuration and Administration of TIBCO Business Works (BW5 & BW6), BE, Active space, EMS, FTL
- Involved in version upgrade of TIBCO suite of products (TIBCO Business Works (BW5 & BW6), TIBCO Iprocess, BE, Active space, EMS).
- Should have good knowledge in EMS administration commands and should have good grip on the various config files of EMS.
- Troubleshoot and help resolve infra issues related to TIBCO suite of products.
- Supporting patching activity in all environments
- Good experience in Infrastructure setup and capacity planning.
- UNIX Scripting knowledge is required.
- Manage routine Application backup procedures and disaster recovery procedures.
- Should have development exposure to debug and fix PROD issues. Experience in working with Web Services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability and understanding of Web Service protocols such as SOAP and REST.
- Good understanding of XSD.
- Knowledge of SQL including PL/SQL.

- Exposure in coordinating with multiple stake holders as part of Middleware team.
- Good in communication
- Should have good logical thinking and exhibit good attitude.
Agile Methodology: -
- Participate in Sprint Planning, daily scrum calls and story grooming sessions.
- Participate in sprint review meetings and give demos to product owners and stakeholders on developed applications and interfaces.

Location - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Rate - €650 to €700 Euros P/D
Duration - 6 months with possible extensions
