We are looking for a PHONE VoIP expert with network sills not a Network Expert with VoIP skills. Looking for a Network Engineer well versed in UCCS, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Call Center as the primary skill set. Secondary but also needed is Cisco Routers and Switches, as well as the experience designing, implementing and setting up phone deployment.
Required Experience:
- Phone Expert with at least 5 years experience with Cisco VoIP supporting internal clients
- Cisco Unified Communications Suite UCCX Administration/Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)/Unity
- Experience installing, upgrading and maintaining Cisco Unified Communication products including CUCM, CUCCX, CUPS
- AXL for CUCM
- TCP/IP, SIP, MGCP, SCCP, MPLS
- Cisco Routers/Switches
- Cisco PIX/ASA Firewalls
- QOS
