Good communication (both written & verbal)
- Extensive experience in Unigrpahics Nx
- Extensive experience/Master in UG CAM programming for 5 axis machines.
- Extensive experience in developing the post processor codes/macros for MAZAK/MORI DMG/HASS machines.
- Good experience in using IS&V. (This is latest technology to use the virtual machines to optimize the CNC programs. Very few people has experience in this)
- Hands on experience in CNC machines such as for MAZAK/MORI DMG/HASS machines
- Good knowledge on Manufacturing process for Metal (Stainless steel) and plastic components for machining
- Good knowledge on Tools and fixtures design & development
- Good knowledge on measuring instruments
- Good knowledge on ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 process, added advantage
