UI Developer / Designer - Southampton - £45,000Our client, a UK tech business who have reached the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 are continuing to experience success and as a result require a UI Developer / Designer to join them in the offices in Southampton.
The UI Developer / Designer will have a passion for creating elegant and simplistic digital experience and manifesting them in digital UIs. You will be conducting user research and requirement analysis, information architecture, interaction design and usability testing.The UI Developer / Designer will be working closely with the design and development teams ensuring the UX specification is translated successfully to visual design and code.
This post will come to reflect the migration to mobile UIs and as such the UI Developer / Designer should have experience, or a yearning, to develop this.
To be considered for this position you will of course be an experienced UI Developer / Designer with at least two years experience.You will be proficient with design and prototyping tolls such as Axure, Omnigraffle. JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are a must as is chart and graphing.
Any knowledge of Git/SVN source control, PHP, MVC architectures would be beneficial but by no means necessary.
A salary of £45,000 is on offer and will be accompanied by an above average package. You will also be joining a Tech Track top 10 company on their continued road to success.
