Description
My client is a leading insurance solution provider who operate extensively within the Lloyds (London Market). The business are currently coming out to market for a number of Underwriting Technicians to help review their customers underwriting system on a daily basis and be responsible for accurately capturing information from slips, endorsements and other insurance documentation.
Candidates will need to have the following skill set/background:
* Effectively and accurately capture information from slips, endorsements and other insurance documentation into the system for client visibility.
* Must be able to liaise effectively with customers, brokers and other teams concerning required information
* Effectively reconcile payments received from brokers either through central settlement for Bureau processing or manual payments made for non-bureau business to underwriting systems/bank accounts
* Be responsible for liaising with brokers in respect of payment queries and resolve queries within timescales
* Be responsible for the effective and accurate allocation of cash for completion of the reconciliation process
* Liaise effectively with customers finance team to ensure accuracy of data
