About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Murex Developer with strong development skills to assist with the development and maintenance of assigned projects.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Problem solving skills with an appreciation of Information Technology Systems and information flow.
- Demonstrate Architecture/Design experience, knowledge and hands-on Unix skills and SQL skills, along with strong documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of various programming languages such as, SQL, Unix Scripting and related technologies, UNIX Shell Scripting and Databases.
- Murex Development Experience.
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders.
- Basic agile development knowledge
- Demonstrates initiative to continuously improve process outcomes
Key Duties:
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to ascertain requirements
- Provide efficient and suitable solution to stakeholders
- Develop and produce efficient Murex code and Scripting
- Communicate back to team lead and members of the team on request and solutions.
- Adhere to the Murex Development life cycle
- Provide 2nd level support to Murex Production team.
- Act as consultant on various projects involving Murex
