Urgently looking for suitable candidate for our customer having experience as Windows Admin L3
Location : Gothenburg, Sweden
Key responsibilities
• Work according to routines in the area of responsibility for quality, efficiency and security
• Under immediate supervision carry out installation and maintenance of standard products of infrastructure and/or applications in accordance with standardised routines
• Monitor and analysis performance and capcity of the servers
• Vendor management – register case with Vendors and follow up on the resolutions
• Event mamangement
• Participate in carrying out operational measurements
• Resolve incidents as per agreed SLA/KPIs
• Contribute to input to Service Monitoring and Service Desk in all aspects regarding Event Management and Incident Management
• Responsible for carrying out operational measurements
• Take an active part in contributing to problem management and resolution regarding infrastructure
• Ensure that all operation changes are performed by following the Change Management Process.
• Support in Product planning activities. Creating, planning, co-ordinating Change activities as per defined processes.
Education and / or Experience requirements
• Any Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• 8 to 10 years of related infrastructure experience
Process and Technical skills required
• High level knowledge of Window server 2008 to Window server 2019.
• Strong working knowledge on Windows Server OS.
• Should have good knowledge on Windows Registry, drivers, OS configuration, software component.
• Superior troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical sk Act as qualified root cause evaluator and analyst by performing Root Cause Analysis in complex environments, secure and follow up on the RCA implementation.
• Expert level knowledge on Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008,2003 & Cluster administration.
• Responsible for ensuring that our run-time Cluster server deliveries comply with given specifications and customer expectations.
• Participate in Major Incidents Procedures and drive high-priority incidents.
• Secure quality in Operations
• Expert level knowledge on
o Crash Dump analysis (Bug checking)
o Server logs analysis
o Various applications used in the Server infrastructure.
• Experience on performing Root Cause Analysis
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes - “Incident, Problem and Change management "
• Experience in ITM Automation Tools like System Center Orchestration/Planning/Designing/Implementating Automation Solution in IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Knowledge of any programming language-python, shell scripting, power shell
• Good understanding of ITIL, DevOps Implement runbook automations for native Windows Process
• Developed Advanced Runbook using realtime scenarios
