Job title - Payroll & Time and Attendance Project Manager

Client Location - USA (with possible Canada scope)

Contract type - C2C / 1099Project focus

You'll lead the US country workstream of a payroll and time and attendance transformation, owning delivery from design through to go-live. The scope may extend to Canada, and the programme spans multiple legal entities, so strong governance and coordination across business, vendor and integration teams will be central to the role.Key skills and Experience required

• Proven track record leading US payroll implementations end to end
• Hands-on delivery experience covering both payroll and time and attendance
• Strong project governance across multiple stakeholder groups (business, HR, finance, vendors, SIs)
• Oversight of data migration, testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and cutover planning
• Based in the US and able to deliver locally
• Experience with UKG, ADP, Paylocity, Paychex or Paycor (highly desirable)
• Canada payroll experience (desirable)
• SuccessFactors Employee Central exposure (desirable)
• Multi-entity deployment experience (desirable)
