User Experience ResearcherWe are working with a market-leading consultancy who specifically require a UX Researcher to join them on an interim basis and to work directly with one of their government clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and to work on a Greenfield project.
Your responsibilities will include;
User testing paper prototypes, coded prototypes, and the live product with users in guerrilla and lab environments
Leading on the recruitment of users for product testing
Collating findings in an engaging way included video or visuals and presenting them back to the wider team.
Working with the UX and UI teams to build improvements following testing.
Working and engaging with the product owner to define improvements and relay findings.
Undertake focus groups and write up findings and recommendations
Undertaking user testing onsite in Croydon, Sheffield, Leeds and Liverpool. Note role is based in Fleet Street London.
