? We’re Hiring: Veeva CRM Lead
? Location: Boston, MA (Remote)
? Experience: 5–8 Years
? Technology: Veeva CRM / Salesforce
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong experience in Veeva CRM Suite solutions and technical architecture.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Salesforce configuration, Veeva Vault SDK, and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.
Experience across the complete SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Knowledge of Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva OpenData, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage, or Veeva Events Management.
Experience with large-scale project management and Salesforce-based implementations.
Knowledge of cloud implementations and migration projects.
Agile methodology experience and familiarity with Jira; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Experience with REST web services and messaging/streaming solutions.
Knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests.
Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and initiate problem management.
Lead technical coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational instructions, and user manuals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and proactively recommend solutions.
