VMware Consultant - Key Requirements

  • Largest private cloud in Ireland - 5,500 physical blade hosts.
  • Customer moving to vCLOUD NFV, running vROps and Log Insight (will be amongst largest installation worldwide when completed).
  • Customer is very technical, recently started using VIO for day management tasks, about to rollout vCM for compliance and standardisation across the environment, customer migrating from vCNS to NSX.
  • On-site Resident to assist with day to day management of large vSphere environment

VMware Consultant - Key Skills

  • vCenter/vCD/NSX Competencey
  • vRO Scripting
  • vROPs/Log Insight Knowledge
  • VIO Knowledge Ability to carry out broad level of troubleshooting across VMware stack Environment
