Voice Specialist with excellent experience of Call Centre Design (Cisco & Aspect), Voice Recording Solutions (Verint) and Legacy TDM telephony required for an initial 3 month contract with a large financial organisation in London.

- NCTI and ICM scripts
- Transforming from Legacy TDM to IP technologies
- Experience working for a large financial organisation
