VOIP Test Team Leader required.
We are seeking candidates for a programme level test manager role across the multiple streams working on these product launches - IP Voice Phase 1 & 2, IP Voice Phase 3, IP TV, Converged Offers.
Working closely with the Test Service defined later in this document, the programme level test manager should have complete oversight over the entire programme's test activities.
The tasks that will be required here are included for reference but are not exhaustive:
Create, maintain and own the overall programme level test strategy and plan, working with the test service to bring this together
Act as an escalation point on all test related issues
Maintain a programme level RAID for all test related issues
Manage test related inter-dependencies across the component projects in the programme
Escalate significant test and quality related risks/issues to the Programme Board as appropriate
Ensure value-for-money by identifying areas of re-use and duplication across projects
Ensure smooth transition across test phases
Ensure lessons learned from one project are adopted by subsequent projects
Provide exec-level metrics-based reporting
