We are an Europe-wide IT consulting company ( www.slsoftware.eu ) and currently looking for Business Process Management Analyst. The BPM project has already started and now we plan to expand the team.

The BPM Analyst as part of the BPI team will have to fulfil the following tasks:

Leads process analysis and requirements gathering.

Discovers, validates, documents and communicates the organization's business process knowledge for a particular BPM Initiative. Competency in modelling, simulating and analyzing the "as-is" and "to-be"scenarios is also required.

Would also determine the "ownership" of the various BPM assets and who has the ability to make changes to those assets, and what the consequences would be (up and down stream) to the processes involved.

Would also oversee the agreed Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and report the results to the BPM Initiative Project Team.

Works with technical leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Align his team with the BPM and BPI Strategy for NG IT.

Define and apply Business Process and Workflow patterns and decompose it to a runtime level.

Applies a complete BPM roundtrip, starting with the BPM Methodology and ending at execution level with hints to simplification.

Be familiar with process optimization techniques.

Has an overview of SOA and is knowledgeable in the end-to-end life cycle of process / service development.

Collaborate Technical Architects and Project Managers to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value for NG IT.

Align and support for NG IT process centric integration projects.

Uses the 360 degree tool based roundtrip to create efficient and reusable processes.

The professional should bring the following soft skills:

Has natural curiosity about business problems and a desire to leverage them by using tools and techniques to solve those problems

Capable of leading process discussions, consisting of subject matter experts from corporate IT and business

Strong communication and social skills, ideally with international background

Analytical business process skills and project management background

Bridging between Business and IT and align the interests of each

Strong customer orientation
