You must have experience in working on a website revamp (CMS migration).
The scope of work is as follows:
As 'Publishing expert' you are a team member of the project team in charge of the company's website's revamp. You are in charge to drive the massive web pages production (several hundreds of pages) of the new website.
Your main responsibilities are:
1. to manage web's production daily planning of the new website: you provide regular status to the project team on production velocity
2. to coach the junior publishers in charge of web production: you organize their work and ensure that they produce high quality within the fixed deadlines and budget.
3. to contribute yourself to web production using the CMS Drupal.
