Web CMS/Sitecore Developer
Our Client is looking for a Web Content Management Systems (Sitecore) Developer working as a member of a cross disciplinary team.
The Web Content Management Systems (Sitecore) Developer will be responsible for design and development of active pages/applications to support delivery of the Web CMS into production based on the Sitecore platform.
Essential skills:
Experience developing large-scale websites and web applications using .NET
Minimum of 3 years hands on Sitecore development experience (ideally trained to certification level)
At least 8yrs of .NET development experience
Strong knowledge and working experience in:
HTML5
CSS
XML
ASP.NET 3.5/4.x (C# or VB.NET), including:
- Web forms development and Sitecore Web Forms for Marketers module
- Web services/clients (esp. WCF)
- N-tier development
- Linq-to-SQL
- OOP design patterns
- Using TFS for source control and team collaboration
Coding to accessibility standards
SQL Server 2012 programming
Mongo DB
Secure coding techniques (working to OWASP standards)
Deploying applications in IIS7 onwards
Agile development processes such as Scrum and Kanban
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers and colleagues and possess good written skills.

We estimate this is a 6 month booking, The Client's policy is that the initial booking will be for 3 months with a 3 monthly renewal.
No shift or working from home. The Client is looking for an ASAP start date.
