Web Developer to convert PSD to HTML, CSS, & WordPress

Description

We're looking for a web developer to work with on an ongoing basis. Most of the time you'd be taking our photoshop designs and converting them into valid HTML/CSS and integrating them into our basic WordPress template framework. We'd like you to be logged into our chat app (Slack) and included on our Basecamp projects to be able to communicate with us regularly. Sometimes we'll have questions about scope of work and time involved for various tasks. Sometimes our internal designers will need help troubleshooting a code issue on a site we're setting up for a customer. Sometimes you might need to pull tickets from our help desk and respond to customers directly. We'd like to work with the same person regularly, so we're not interested in outsourcing slicing work to the countless companies offering that service. Please apply with compensation objectives and examples of your work. We're considering per-project contract work, part-time, full-time, or monthly retainers. It all just pretty much depends on how many hats you can wear and when you're available. Please speak and understand English extremely well.
