A new Web Support Analyst contract role exists to work with our Ipswich based client for short-term contractThis role requires the candidate to perform content changes to a number of content management systems, dealing with customer's web related issues which will include accepting, responding and closing support work calls.
The ideal candidate will come from a development back ground and possess skills in HTML and Javascript technologies.
