Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Managing the installation and configuration of the WebSphere application systems, patches and upgrades.
- Support the development, testing and production environments.
- Conduct all aspects of capacity planning & performance monitoring.
- Build relationships with users, IT staff and management to identify and resolve issues associated with system implementation or business process changes.
- Improvement of processes used for Configuration Management.
- Migration of code in testing and production environments.
- Implement or participate in testing, change management planning to ensure the quality of projects and their smooth execution.
- Identify, manage and report changes, issues, defects and risks and develop contingency plans to resolve issues that may impact activity success.
- WebSphere Application Server (version 7.x primarily)
