Windows 10 Migration Technician - Dublin, Ireland - € per day
This role will be responsible for providing break fix, desk side and IMAC support.
Duties will include:
Basic hardware & software problem diagnosis
Basic software usage and minor configuration changes
Replacement of faulty hardware (mainly desktops, laptops and monitors)
Customer service
Stock management
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Key skills:
Previous IT Support experience
Good understanding of infrastructure (networks, serves, AD etc)
Basic understanding of software distribution technologies (eg SCCM)
Windows 7 operation and configuration experience
