Job Details:
The Windows Security Administrator is responsible for managing all Windows server environment IT-related security configurations and issues within the company.
This can include developing systems and policies, as well as overseeing the implementation of procedures to secure both company and customer data.
He/she also implements systems aimed toward preventing malware infections of company computer hardware.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.
- Performs system backups and recovery.
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Technologies supported include:
- Operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications. Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates.
- Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures. Years of Experience: 5 - 10.
