Role & Responsibilities

• Able to work on less priority Windows Server tickets.
• Able to work on ticketing tool and can able to analyze and assign ticket to senior team member.
• Able to monitor server using monitoring tool and backup status in backup tool.
• Able to raise change in ticketing tool on behalf on senior members.
• Able to do first level troubleshooting of Windows server issues.
• Able to resolve server unavailability, high utilization related issues.

Technical Skills Required
• Knowledge on Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2012.
• Patch management skill on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and HCL BigFix
• Windows VM Management: VMware vCenter
• Secure remote access: CyberArk, RDP, iLO, iDRAC

Specific Domain/Technical/Functional skills
• Good troubleshooting skills in Windows Server Infrastructure and ability to learn new skills.
• Coordinate with Vendors & OEMs for technical issues / escalations.
• Monitor server performance and backup status.
• Good understanding of patching tool like SCCM, HCL BigFix.
• Good knowledge of backup and ability to learn new technology.
• Operational Support and Infrastructure Management
• Incident handling & troubleshooting.
• Service and Change Requests Handling.
• Infrastructure optimization and Infrastructure Deployment & Configuration.
• Patching of Windows servers
• User Account Management.
• People management and skills development.
• Enable and support the Senior Team in resolving day-to-day production issues and other activities.
