Description:
We are actively searching an all-round Wintel second line Support Engineer to support the BNP Paribas Fortis users. The engineer will be integrated in a team called "I&O Wintel Support" (Second level Support Workstation), part of the Operations Support/Distributed Systems division, which is in charge of the processing of all user's incidents. The engineer will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below.
Functions:
- Act as second line support for the Wintel Workstation infrastructure.
- Solve standard and complex incidents (remote).
- Provide feedback to the 3th line engineering teams concerning infrastructure weakness and collaborate in finding possible improvements.
- Participating in specific projects.
Key Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English and/or (French & Dutch) - Candidates with all 3 will be Preferred
- University grade, graduate or equivalent via job experience in an IT related domain

Technical experience required:
- Good overall knowledge of the IT world
- Experience in large organizations (familiar with the ITIL processes)
- MCP certified (or job equivalent knowledge) in Windows XP
- Office 2003
Preferable:
- Windows 7
- Office 2010
- Citrix (XenApp), Applications publishing (AppV), hands-on knowledge of Networking (included VPN),
- Windows Server knowledge
- Knowledge of Scripting in Microsoft environments,
