We are looking for a creative, technically minded Digital Designer and Developer (HTML / CSS / PHP) to join our entrepreneurial team on a flexible basis that works for both parties.

  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience in a design and development role, extensive use of Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress with the ability to build custom responsive websites using WordPress as the engine behind it.
  • Good coding: HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, PHP
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics setup and performance analysis
  • Experience of database management
  • Application of basic processes to all projects (GA / Basic SEO / Alt Tags etc)
  • Ability to ensure all projects are organised, structured and archived correctly.
  • Ability to create responsive designs that work with touch, keyboard and mouse interfaces
  • Knowledge of website optimisation, usability, accessibility and the mechanics of interaction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience of social media integration desirable.
  • A degree in IT or Computer Science or a self-starter with good experience for number of years.


  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • WordPress design and development
  • Web maintenance and reporting
  • SEO and analytics optimization
  • Thorough quality assurance testing of all web projects
  • Monitoring website’s performance, solving technical problems
